MATCHA AND OCRO TEA

MATERIAL: Matcha 100%, Gyokuro tea 100%

[Bitter Jeju Matcha]

Premium matcha, processed using only buds, is distinguished from ceremonial matcha by the difference in the size of the ground particles. Grinded with a millstone, it is characterized by somewhat thicker particles and a dark green color, and has a stronger grass scent than Ceremonial Matcha, so you can enjoy a more satisfying green tea taste if you drink it with milk or yogurt rather than water.

[Soft Jeju Gyokuro Tea]

Gyokuro tea, which was first developed in Japan and started to be produced in Korea, is made from tea leaves that have been grown for 15 to 20 days with a shading film to block sunlight. Due to this shading cultivation, tea leaves retain a lot of moisture and the tissue of the leaves becomes soft, and the astringent catechin component is reduced and the amino acid content is increased, resulting in a softer taste.
In addition, as chlorophyll increases, the color of the leaves becomes darker and the color of the leaves becomes clear. Gyokuro tea has a small bead shape and is a high-quality tea that is produced only once a year.
