U.S. Returns & Refunds Policy

At our store, your satisfaction is of utmost importance.

We are pleased to offer returns or exchanges for all unused items. Unless otherwise noted, purchases marked as 'Final Sale' cannot be refunded or exchanged. 

To ensure everyone's safety, our rigorous no-returns policy applies to food and hygiene products.

Returns must be initiated within 14 days of order receipt. Please contact us at to start the return process and receive authorization.

After you request a return, we'll provide pre-paid shipping for your convenience. Please ensure that the item is sent within 7 business days of receiving our label; please note though, cost of original shipment will not be refundable and payment for returned postage is required at time of processing.

Returned merchandise must be returned in its original packaging and must not be worn or altered in any way. We reserve the right to deny any returns or exchanges if the pieces sent back to us are in poor condition, after 10 days of receipt of your order, on styles noted Final Sale, or without prior authorization. Returns should be accompanied by the original receipt, packaging and label tag.


Once the returned merchandise has been quality checked and approved, MIK will issue a refund to the original method of payment and a confirmation e-mail will be sent to you. Please note that it can take up to 5 business days to process the return items, subject to its compliance with our Return Policy. It may take your financial institution additional time to process the transaction and update your bank statement.

Please note: shipping fees and duties will not be refunded.

All sales are final.

Only regular-priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded. We only replace items if they are damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact us and return your item to us.

We are not responsible for any customs fees that may incur with international orders. The customer is entirely responsible for any and all fees set by the customs office of their country.  As mentioned in our store policy, we do not accept any returns or exchanges for refunds.

Please note that all applicable customs fees, taxes and duties (including VAT) imposed by your country of residence are the sole responsibility of the customer. Customs authorities require that we state the value of your order directly on your package - the value is the retail cost. We cannot mark any package(s) as a “gift” in order to avoid customs and duties fees.
