MSRP (Manufacturer’s Suggested Retail Price) refers to the retail selling price recommended by the brand for consumer sales.
Payment Authorization and Charging
For all B2B transactions, no charges will be processed until the goods are confirmed as ready for shipment. Upon such confirmation, a final invoice will be issued. Payment shall become due and payable at the time the goods are shipped.
Order Quote Policy
Once the Order Quote is approved and shipment has commenced, the order is final and non-cancellable. As these transactions constitute formal commercial trade between business entities, all sales are non-refundable. If any brand product becomes unavailable, the Buyer will be notified prior to charging.
